A personalised program can be designed just for you – fit for your body and experience and tailored towards your goals.
Though my Ann Gibson Fitness app, you can easily follow your workout at your own pace – I’m your personal trainer in your pocket! It is cost effective, bespoke, convenient and simple to use – you just need your phone. Plus I am on hand for any questions through the app.
Your program can be strength based, pilates based, for home workouts or for the gym. Each plan is bespoke to each person.
You will also gain access to my recipe collection to dial up your nutrition and gain inspiration and ideas to help keep you on track
Once booked, you will be set up on the app to complete a health an goals questionnaire.
